Early Release- Friday, September 5th
Friday, September 5th is an early release day. Students will be dismissed at 1:07 PM.
Please note: students have early release on the first Friday of every month, unless otherwise noted.
MAP Make-Up Testing: September 2-5
MAP make-up testing will take place September 2- 5 during core classes. To help students do their best, please make sure they:
Get plenty of rest
Eat a healthy breakfast
Bring a fully charged computer each day

Dungeons & Dragons
Let the Games Begin!
The East Raptors Dungeons and Dragons Club is back for another exciting year! Game nights will be Thursdays, and gametime will be 3:07-5:00 with pickup/cleanup starting at 4:50.
The Adventures begin Thursday, September 4, 2025 (first Thursday after our Labor Day Holiday).
Dungeons and Dragons Club is open to all East Middle School students.
Note: Students will need a basic understanding of how to play; otherwise, they will need a student-sponsor who can teach them as they are playing. D&D dice sets are provided. Figurines, cards, fancy dice, and battle boards (not necessary for play) are welcome and encouraged.,

Knowledge Bowl
Knowledge Bowl is gearing up for their first round of academic competitions against our rival middle schools! Practices will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays after school from 3:15-4:15 in room 226.
First competition is Sept. 27 at West Middle School, 9:00am.
Middle School Activities
Students interested in participating in Football or Volleyball must complete the following before they can participate:
A current physical on file
Activities concussion form completed (found under Online Forms in Skyward Family Access)
$25 registration fee paid
Deadline to sign up: August 22nd
